Role Overview

At isix.ai, the SOC L2 Analyst plays a key role in strengthening security monitoring and incident response operations across global client environments. This position is responsible for advanced analysis of escalated alerts, in-depth incident investigation, and ensuring timely containment and remediation. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively within a 24×7 global SOC framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced investigation and validation of escalated security incidents
  • Correlate events across SIEM, EDR/XDR, network, cloud, and identity platforms
  • Execute and recommend containment and remediation actions
  • Support detection engineering through tuning of use cases and alert logic
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for effective incident resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to SLAs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and response processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in SOC or cybersecurity incident response roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with SIEM and endpoint security tools
  • Good exposure to cloud security monitoring (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Solid understanding of incident response lifecycle and threat analysis
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Relevant cybersecurity or cloud security certifications preferred
